Habits are required so your brain can effectively handle the many decisions it needs to make every day.
Without habits, your brain will overload, and smoke will come out of your ears.
While having habits is good, it has a dark side too.
There is one critical way of thinking that habits and routines negatively impact.
It is the one skill that every employer is looking for.
It is the skill we must develop and help our children develop, so that they can thrive today and in the future.
