FREE Virtues-Based Communication for Educators

My goal is to bring educators and parents in unity to mentor children to build the characteristics they need to be successful in school and in life, through virtues-based strategies.

For the first workshop, I would like to offering a Virtues-Based Communication workshop at no cost for a limited time.

Language is the vehicle of our thoughts and it shapes character!

When the language of our thoughts and words are infused with virtues, it helps us to replace shaming and blaming with accountability, respect, and appreciation.

If we fill our environment with words such as LAZY, STUBBORN, PROBLEMATIC, these are the behaviours that follows, but if we use words such as CREATIVITY, COOPERATION, EXCELLENCE, RESPONSIBILITY, we are empowering these behaviours!

Learn Virtues-Based Communication to acknowledge, thank, guide and correct to bring out the best in your students.

By the end of this two-hours workshop, Educators will:

1. See students through “new eyes”
2. Able to use specific words to describe students’ inner qualities to inspire good behaviours
3. Have the language a) to instil growth mindset for social and emotional learning, b) to create a more caring, united and supportive environment and (c) to build better relationships with students and co-workers.

Through diligent and discipline application of this communication method, and initiating activities around virtues can,

• turn bullies into leaders
• help introverts feel at ease
• guide students who just can’t perform academically feel safe and
• an increase of trust and unity in your school community.
